Exchange of Fire Between Hezbollah and Israel Continues Along Northern Border

Reports indicate that missile attacks by Lebanon’s Islamic Resistance, Hezbollah, continue targeting northern Israel, triggering warning sirens in multiple cities.
According to Al Jazeera, Israeli sources have confirmed that after detecting several missiles launched from Lebanese territory, warning sirens sounded in the city of Safed and several other northern Israeli areas. An Al Jazeera correspondent further reported that about four missiles were fired from southern Lebanon toward these regions within approximately one hour.
Hezbollah issued a statement saying it targeted concentrations of Israeli soldiers in the areas of Bint Jbeil and Maroun al-Ras in southern Lebanon. These two locations, near the Israeli border, have experienced repeated tensions in recent months.
In response, media outlets have reported a new Israeli attack on the town of al-Majdal in southern Lebanon. Details about the extent of damage and any casualties related to these incidents have not yet been released.
The escalation in reciprocal attacks comes amid growing concerns over the potential expansion of conflict along Lebanon’s southern borders.
