Flights Halted at Saudi Arabia’s Fahd Airport Amid Security Alerts

FlightRadar has reported that all flights at Fahd Airport, located in Dammam in eastern Saudi Arabia, have been halted, with aircraft circling over the city unable to land. Additionally, security warnings have been issued in the Al-Ahsa and Buqayq provinces of Saudi Arabia in recent hours.

Yemeni armed forces had previously announced that they targeted this airport in response to Saudi military actions. This move is part of efforts to counter aerial attacks against various regions, especially non-residential areas. The disruption of flights at Fahd Airport has caused significant disturbances in air transport operations in the area.
