The Taliban administration has approved the infrastructure plan for the Tamim Ansar industrial park in Kabul, the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing said.

The ministry said in a statement released on Sunday, 19 October, that the industrial park is planned for the Beta Khak area in Bagrami district of Kabul province.

According to the Taliban-run Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, the park will be built in two phases on 1,000 jeribs of land, and will include 299 industrial factories for production and processing in areas such as food industries, pharmaceuticals, light industry, as well as agricultural products and dried fruit processing.
