Israeli Air and Ground Attacks Hit Residential Areas in South Lebanon

Media reports say Israeli air and ground attacks on southern Lebanese areas are continuing, with Al Mayadeen’s correspondent saying several residential areas in the south of the country have been targeted.

Al Mayadeen’s correspondent in southern Lebanon reported that Israeli warplanes bombed the areas of Kfar Reman, Nabatieh and Al-Rahabat on several occasions. At the same time, Israeli artillery also shelled Kfar Reman, near Nabatieh.

According to the report, a three-storey residential building was completely destroyed in the attacks. Al Mayadeen also reported a broad escalation in the strikes in this part of Lebanon.

Kfar Reman and Nabatieh are among southern Lebanon’s areas located near the border with Israel and have repeatedly seen exchanges of fire during periods of military tensions.
