Abdullah Abdullah Signs Condolence Book at Qatari Embassy in Kabul

Abdullah Abdullah, former chairman of the High Council for National Reconciliation in the previous Afghan government, visited the Qatari embassy in Kabul on Tuesday, July 19, to sign the condolence book for the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, former Emir of Qatar.

During the visit, Abdullah Abdullah expressed his condolences and sympathy to Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the current Emir of Qatar, as well as to his family, the Qatari government, and its people. In his message, he wished patience for the bereaved and peace for the people of Qatar.

Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the former Emir of Qatar, passed away two days ago at the age of 74. He was a prominent political figure in the Gulf region and played a significant role in the political and diplomatic developments during his rule.
