National Domestic Products and Agricultural Exhibition Opens in Nangarhar

A national exhibition showcasing domestic products and agricultural goods was inaugurated in Jalalabad, the capital of Nangarhar province, under the initiative of the Taliban’s Department of Industry and Commerce. Officials stated that the exhibition aims to support local production, market agricultural products, and establish direct connections between producers and traders.

Sayed Abdul Basir Pacha, head of Nangarhar’s Industry and Commerce, said at the opening ceremony that dozens of producers from various sectors are displaying their products at the exhibition. He added that creating opportunities to introduce domestic products can help grow the market and strengthen economic activities across the province.

Several speakers described the launch of this exhibition as a step toward supporting domestic production and urged participants to offer high-quality goods. They also called on residents to support and use locally produced products to boost the national economy.

Organizers announced that the exhibition will remain open to the public until tomorrow, inviting visitors to explore the various booths.
