Israeli Security Circles Admit Inability to Stop Hezbollah’s Drone and Missile Attacks

Israeli security circles have acknowledged that even with full control over southern Lebanon, halting Hezbollah’s missile and drone attacks would likely be impossible. This assessment highlights serious limitations in Tel Aviv’s military capabilities to contain the ongoing threats.
According to a report published by Al Jazeera, Israeli security officials stated that the deployment of protective networks and security measures along border areas is insufficient to reduce the risk of Hezbollah drone attacks. They admitted that these measures have failed to prevent the infiltration and impact of resistance drones.
The report also emphasized that any change in the situation in southern Lebanon requires not only military actions but also political infiltration and solutions. These circles believe that field challenges in these areas cannot be resolved solely through reliance on military equipment.
Previously, Israeli military sources have confessed that Hezbollah’s advanced drones – especially those operating with fiber optic technology, which are difficult to track or disrupt – have become one of the major challenges for the regime. These remarks come amid ongoing tensions along the northern borders of the occupied territories.
