Six Pakistani Soldiers Killed in Clash with Afghan Forces in Spin Boldak

Local sources told Ariana News that six Pakistani soldiers were killed in a clash between Afghan border forces and Pakistani military personnel in Spin Boldak district of Kandahar province. According to these sources, tensions escalated late last night when Pakistani military forces shot and killed an Afghan child. This incident provoked an immediate response from Afghan security forces. During the exchange of fire between the two sides, six Pakistani soldiers lost their lives. So far, Pakistani officials have not commented on the incident. Additionally, sources stated that Afghan forces seized a number of light and heavy weapons during the clash. Spin Boldak district is considered a sensitive border area between Afghanistan and Pakistan and has previously witnessed similar tensions.
