Political Earthquake in the US Following Trump’s Setback in Iran Conflict

Media reports in the United States indicate that following the sudden dismissal of the country’s Attorney General by Donald Trump, there is a possibility of further changes among several senior government officials. News sources say these changes could involve key figures within the US security and executive structures.
The Atlantic magazine, citing informed sources, reported that the Trump administration is considering potential reshuffling of officials such as the FBI director, the Secretary of the Army, and the Secretary of Labor. However, the exact timing for implementing these decisions remains unclear, and the US president has yet to announce his final decision.
Donald Trump abruptly removed US Attorney General Pam Bondi from her position yesterday and appointed her deputy, Tad Blanche, as the new acting head of the Department of Justice. Trump described the move as an “administrative change” and referred to Bondi as a “great patriot” and a “loyal friend.”
Meanwhile, The New York Times reported that before joining the Department of Justice, Tad Blanche was one of Trump’s primary personal lawyers handling his legal cases. This appointment has fueled speculation regarding the president’s approach to managing sensitive legal matters.
Concurrently with these developments, changes in the leadership structure of the US military have continued. After the removal of Army Chief of Staff Randy George, Army Secretary Pete Hegseth has also pushed two other senior generals into early retirement; a move indicating ongoing reshuffling at the highest levels of the country’s military command.
