Kunar province, located in eastern Afghanistan, has long been a hotspot for border tensions with Pakistan. The continuation of such incidents has once again heightened concerns over the security of residents in the border areas. It is expected that the Taliban administration will take practical and accountable measures to protect civilians and prevent the recurrence of these attacks.
