Five Refugee Bodies Found Near Libya; Boat Capsizing off Greece Kills Three

Reports indicate that five refugee bodies have been discovered on shores near Tripoli, the capital of Libya, while simultaneously, a boat carrying refugees capsized near the Greek island of Crete, resulting in three deaths. At least 20 others have been rescued in the maritime incident.
Al Jazeera network reported that the bodies were found yesterday on one of the beaches around Tripoli. Hassan Al-Ghweil, the local police chief, stated that the recovered bodies are still intact and there is a possibility that more bodies may be found in the same area.
In a separate event, a boat carrying refugees overturned in waters near Crete island. According to reports, three refugees lost their lives in this incident, and at least 20 others were saved by rescue teams.
Sources added that most of those rescued were from Egypt and Sudan. The Mediterranean Sea route is considered one of the most dangerous migration paths to Europe, with deadly incidents occurring along it every year.
