One Dead and Four Injured in Traffic Accident in Faryab Province

The Faryab Police Department under Taliban administration has announced that a traffic accident in Qaysar district of the province resulted in one death and four injuries.

According to a statement from the department, the incident occurred on Friday evening in the village of Nahrin, Qaysar district. It was reported that a vehicle veered off the road and overturned due to the driver’s negligence.

Officials have not provided further details regarding the condition of the injured or the identities of the victims. Traffic accidents continue to claim lives across many highways and roads in the provinces, largely due to driver carelessness, poor road conditions, and lack of regular monitoring.
