Taliban Chief of Staff Emphasizes ‘Readiness Against Infidels’ at 313 Central Corps Graduation

Qari Fasihuddin Fetrat, the Chief of Staff of the Taliban’s Armed Forces, emphasized what he called “readiness against infidels” during the graduation ceremony of 153 trainees from the 313 Central Corps Training Center. He stated that this preparedness is an obligation for Muslims.

Speaking at the ceremony held at the 313 Central Corps Training Center, Fasihuddin said believers are tasked with being ready against those who, in his words, do not tolerate unity, agreement, law, and the Islamic system. He added that any individual or group that cannot endure the dignity and greatness of Muslims must be met with military readiness.

According to the information provided, these 153 individuals graduated from the eighth training cycle of the 313 Central Corps. This corps is considered one of the key military units of the Taliban administration in Kabul.

The remarks by the Chief of Staff come amid repeated Taliban officials’ stresses on mobilization and military preparedness, raising concerns about the continuation of a militarized environment in the country. Some observers believe this atmosphere could affect internal stability and Afghanistan’s relations with the international community.
