Saudi-led coalition carried out 62 attacks on Yemen in past 24 hours, Houthi spokesman says

Yahya Saree, spokesman for Yemen’s armed forces, said the Saudi-led coalition carried out 62 air and missile attacks against Sanaa and several other provinces over the past 24 hours.

According to him, Saudi F-15 fighter jets struck civilian targets in Sanaa, Marib, Saada, Lahj and Taiz, killing and injuring a number of civilians, including women and children.

He said the attacks were part of a broader wave of air and missile strikes recorded since the escalation of the conflict against Yemen. Saree had previously said the total number of coalition attacks since the start of the intensification of violence had reached 2,855.

He said the campaign, in addition to increasing the civilian death toll, has severely affected the security and living conditions of the Yemeni people and is deepening the humanitarian catastrophe in the country.
