Chinese Electric Vehicles Begin Arriving in Afghanistan

An Afghan company says it has begun importing electric vehicles from China to Afghanistan and plans to activate its sales offices across the country.
Officials of the company said the necessary spare parts to support these vehicles have been made available in all provinces of the country, and the required facilities for their repair are also in place.
According to company officials, expanding the use of electric vehicles can, in addition to making travel more convenient, also reduce fuel costs for citizens.
Electric vehicles are used in many countries as an alternative to fossil fuel-dependent vehicles, and the availability of technical services and spare parts is considered one of the key issues in developing this market.
