Gaza death toll reaches 73,913, health ministry says

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza said the number of people killed in the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 73,913, while the number of wounded has reached 174,935.

According to the ministry, three people were killed in Gaza in the past 24 hours and 21 injured people were taken to hospitals in the enclave.

The agency also said that since the ceasefire began on Oct. 11, 2025, 1,393 people have been killed and 4,822 others wounded.

The Palestinian Health Ministry in Gaza is one of the main sources for publishing casualty figures from the war in the enclave, a small and densely populated area in Palestine that has faced widespread attacks and a severe humanitarian crisis since the war began.
