Wahidullah Seddiqi wins silver at Asian bodybuilding championships

Wahidullah Seddiqi, Afghanistan’s representative at the 58th Asian Bodybuilding Championships, won a silver medal in the men’s sports physique category in the 170cm height division and was crowned Asian runner-up.

The Afghanistan Bodybuilding Federation said that in the same competition, Sanaullah Borhani finished fifth in the men’s sports physique category in the over-180cm height division.

Based on these results, Afghanistan’s tally at the Asian event so far stands at four silver medals, two fourth-place finishes and one fifth-place finish.

The Asian bodybuilding championships are regarded as one of the sport’s major events at continental level, with athletes from different countries competing across various categories.
