Kremlin says Europe has mobilised military resources against Russia

Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian presidential office, said there is no prospect of improving relations between Moscow and European countries because of Europe’s increasingly confrontational stance.
He said on Saturday that European countries are mobilising their military resources against Russia and, according to him, the politicians in power in Europe are pursuing a course of confrontation with Moscow both in words and in deeds.
Peskov also claimed that European officials are directly involved in combat operations against Russia. Citing this situation, he said there was no reason to assume relations between the two sides would improve.
The Kremlin is the seat of the Russian presidency, and Peskov, as its spokesman, sets out Moscow’s official positions on political and security developments.
