Kabul special court declares about 50 jeribs of seized land state property

A special court handling cases of seized land in Paghman district of Kabul province has declared about 50 jeribs of land to be state property after reviewing the available documents and evidence.
The land includes eight plots in the Argandi area of Paghman district, which had previously been identified as state property by the Commission for Prevention of Land Grabbing.
The Ministry of Justice said in a further statement that the case had been referred to the special court after some interested parties objected, and that the court issued its final ruling after reviewing the documents.
