Martyr Leader’s Body Airlifted in Mashhad Amid Massive Crowd

Due to the overwhelming crowd on Imam Reza Street in the city of Mashhad, it was decided to transfer the pure body of the martyred leader of the nation and his family members to the holy shrine of Imam Reza via air route.

According to reports, after leaving the main route at Danesh Crossroad, the procession was directed towards Ferdowsi Grass Field to continue the journey to the holy shrine by helicopter.

Imam Reza Street is one of the main routes leading to the Imam Reza Shrine, which sees a large presence of pilgrims and participants during religious occasions and special ceremonies.

Organizers have stated that the purpose of this decision was to better manage the crowd and facilitate the transfer process of the martyr’s body, allowing the ceremony to continue in a safer and more organized environment.
