Helmand Holds Exam to Fill 171 Vacant Education Posts Amid Calls for Transparency

The Helmand Education Department has announced that an exam was conducted with the participation of approximately 1,100 candidates to fill 171 vacant positions in the province. Officials from this department stated that the examination process was managed transparently and fairly.
According to the officials, the exam was organized to recruit qualified individuals to work in the education sector, and all stages were conducted under the supervision of the organizers. They emphasized that transparency in recruitment is a priority for this administration.
Meanwhile, several exam participants evaluated the examination process positively. They urged the Taliban administration to provide more job opportunities for educated and skilled youth so they can serve in various sectors, especially in education.
Education experts believe that providing employment opportunities for specialists in the education sector can help improve the quality of education in the provinces. However, it is expected that the Taliban administration maintains transparency in recruitments consistently to strengthen public trust in the process.
