Kunar Police Receive 83 New Motorcycles to Enhance Security Measures

The Kunar Police Command announced the distribution of 83 new motorcycles to the police forces in the province. According to officials, the aim of this initiative is to strengthen security measures and expedite the provision of services to residents.

Local Taliban administration officials in Kunar stated that with the availability of these motorcycles, police forces will be able to reach remote areas more quickly and respond to potential incidents. Kunar is a mountainous province in eastern Afghanistan, with some areas that are difficult to access.

However, some residents of the province have consistently emphasized the need for fundamental improvements in security conditions and the increase of standard equipment for security forces. They believe that equipping the police will be effective only when accompanied by organized planning and transparent accountability in addressing security challenges.
