Islamabad Continues Efforts to Advance US-Iran Talks, Awaits Tehran’s Response on Negotiation Team

News sources report that Islamabad is persisting in its efforts to advance negotiations between Iran and the United States and is awaiting the announcement of the dispatch date for the Iranian delegation for the second round of talks.

According to Al Jazeera, Pakistani officials stated that the country’s political and military authorities have taken steps in the past 24 hours aimed at preventing the failure of the negotiation process between Tehran and Washington. Details of these efforts have not been disclosed, but it has been emphasized that consultations have continued intensively.

Based on the statements of these officials, Pakistan has maintained the necessary preparations to host the second round of negotiations, and security measures in the relevant areas will remain in place.
