Panjshir Security Commander Says World Will One Day Need Taliban Administration’s Cooperation

The Panjshir provincial security commander stated that a time will come when the countries of the world will seek cooperation and assistance from the Taliban administration to ensure security. These remarks were made by Ahmadullah Badar during a meeting with security forces.
In this gathering, he urged his forces to perform their duties and responsibilities with a full sense of commitment and accountability. According to him, maintaining security in the country requires the precise execution of obligations by security personnel.
This comes as the Taliban administration, since regaining power, has consistently emphasized nationwide security—an assertion that has raised questions and concerns among some domestic and international organizations. Critics argue that sustainable security is meaningful only when citizens’ fundamental rights are respected and an environment of participation and public trust is strengthened.
In recent years, Panjshir province has been considered one of the sensitive security areas, and the substantial presence of Taliban forces in this province continues.
