Yemeni Ansarullah Condemns Israeli Airstrikes in Southern Lebanon, Warns Tel Aviv

Hours after Israeli air forces bombed targets in southern Lebanon, Yemen’s Ansarullah movement condemned the attacks with a message in Hebrew, threatening Tel Aviv to return to its shelters.
Hizam Al-Asad, a senior official of the movement, wrote on the X platform that Israel seeks to create insecurity with such attacks but may end up being the first victim. He warned that Tel Aviv should prepare for the consequences of its attacks on Lebanon.
As a result of these strikes targeting the village of Maysilah in southern Lebanon, at least one person has been killed and seven others wounded. According to local sources, two of the injured are in critical condition, and rescue efforts are ongoing.
The Ansarullah response comes as the ceasefire agreement in Gaza has entered its initial phase, raising concerns about the spread of conflicts across multiple fronts, especially between Israel and regional resistance groups.
The continuation of tensions in the region highlights the fragile nature of peace and the increasing risk of the conflict expanding beyond Palestinian borders. At the same time, the explicit reaction from groups like Ansarullah indicates that the regional resistance alliance is also prepared to respond to Israeli military actions.
