According to the report, each center has the capacity to serve approximately 4,500 families.<\/p>\n<p>The report states that the primary focus of these centers is maternal and child healthcare, a sector that faces severe shortages of facilities and services in many parts of Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>Many remote areas of the country suffer from a lack of sufficient infrastructure and health centers, resulting in limited access to regular medical services. Under these conditions, establishing primary health centers can address some of the immediate health needs of residents.
