He emphasized that the Taliban administration, by imposing extensive restrictions, has effectively denied women’s basic rights.

According to him, depriving girls of education and women of work is only part of the policies that have limited women’s social presence in the country. These restrictions have drawn widespread domestic and international reactions but have so far not caused any change in the Taliban administration’s approach.

The former head of national security also pointed out that in the current situation, the greatest burden of resistance against the Taliban falls on the women themselves; because, in his view, a significant portion of men have failed in their social and moral responsibility to support women’s rights.

He urged women to continue their civil struggle and pursuit of justice and not to let these restrictions become normalized in society.

Former national security chief Rahmatullah Nabil says many Afghan men have distanced themselves from defending women’s rights amid Taliban restrictions.

[17,4,16

post-9577","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-important-news","category-politics","category-secondary-headline
["GET
