However, the absence of standard industrial parks and effective oversight of factory locations has resulted in many of these units being situated in residential neighborhoods.<\/p>\n<p>While the Taliban administration is responsible for regulating industrial activities and protecting citizens\u2019 rights, it is expected that practical measures be taken to relocate factories from residential zones to designated industrial parks and to establish clear monitoring mechanisms to safeguard the rights and health of residents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Over 80 factories operate in residential areas of Ghazni, raising concerns over pollution and safety.
