The visit focuses on developing trade relations, attracting investment, and strengthening bilateral cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mohammad Yousuf Wafa, spokesperson for the governor of Balkh province, the governor himself is also part of the delegation. Several heads of sectoral departments, national investors, traders, and industrialists from Balkh are accompanying the delegation.<\/p>\n<p>The delegation members are scheduled to meet with Jamshid Khodjaev, Uzbekistan\u2019s Deputy Prime Minister, as well as the governors of several provinces in Uzbekistan. During these meetings, both sides will discuss expanding economic ties, increasing investment levels, and bolstering trade cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>Uzbekistan is considered one of Afghanistan\u2019s important trade partners in Central Asia, and Balkh province plays a key role in exchanges between the two countries due to its strategic location and the presence of the Hairatan port.
