However, he did not provide further details on the topics discussed.<\/p>\n<p>The issue of cross-border terrorism emanating from Afghan territory has become a serious concern for Pakistan in recent years. Pakistani officials have consistently emphasized that certain groups opposing Islamabad use Afghanistan as a base to organize and carry out attacks.<\/p>\n<p>Pakistan has repeatedly urged the Taliban administration to prevent the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) from operating in Afghan territories and to stop allowing attacks against Pakistan from that country.
