This decision was made by the Special Court for Cases of Occupied Lands in the Central Zone.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ministry, before issuing the ruling, the Land Occupation Prevention Commission had examined the matter and then, in accordance with Article 17 of the law, referred the case to the Special Court.<\/p>\n<p>Officials from the Taliban administration say that the process of confirming and reclaiming lands referred to as &#8216;Emirate lands&#8217; is continuing seriously across the country.
