The injured doctor was in critical condition and was urgently transferred to an emergency hospital for treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Sources confirm that the attacker has not been arrested over time, and no clear security measures have been taken to protect healthcare staff. This situation has heightened doctors&#8217; serious concerns about their personal safety.<\/p>\n<p>It has also been reported that doctors at this health center are continuously subjected to disrespectful and humiliating treatment by the hospital gate security guards; a situation that, according to sources, has intensified under Taliban administration, and complaints so far have gone unanswered.<\/p>\n<p>This comes while the National Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Hospital was inaugurated about a week ago in Kabul; a center that was expected to provide specialized services and help ease the heavy burden of cancer patients.
