This meeting is part of regular contacts between the two sides to follow up on projects and economic interactions.<\/p>\n<p>According to released information, Rashid Meredov arrived in Herat on Saturday via the Turghundi border crossing, enabling this meeting. Turghundi is considered one of the important trade gateways between Afghanistan and Turkmenistan.<\/p>\n<p>It has also been reported that Rashid Meredov, alongside Naibullah Badri, the Taliban administration\u2019s Minister of Mines and Petroleum, visited the Turghundi border and the TAPI gas pipeline project.
