He asserted that Islamabad seeks “written, verifiable, and practical” guarantees from the ruling authorities in Kabul to dismantle terrorist groups.<\/p>\n
According to Andarabi, without these specific commitments, resolving the issue of terrorism will not be possible. Should this concern be addressed, it would pave the way for a significant improvement in bilateral relations, as he noted that the two countries have no major other disputes.
