Delcy Rodr\u00edguez stated that the people of Venezuela seek peace and peaceful coexistence with other nations within the framework of international rules.<\/p>\n
She emphasized that peace among countries is the foundation for lasting global peace, and international relations should be based on balanced interaction, mutual respect, and the principle of non-intervention. According to Rodr\u00edguez, Venezuela desires balanced relations with the United States, regional countries, and the global community.<\/p>\n
The acting president called for the initiation of direct dialogue between Caracas and Washington to establish a joint cooperation program aimed at developing relations. She expressed hope that such a program could contribute to the development of both countries and strengthen peace in the region within the framework of international law.<\/p>\n
