Mujahid added that this process is being pursued with &#8220;measured and confident steps.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Taliban spokesman also emphasized that reconstruction and economic development programs have accelerated, with ongoing efforts to reduce dependence on foreign aid. He described economic self-sufficiency as one of the main pillars of the current administration\u2019s policies.<\/p>\n<p>These statements come as a large portion of the country&#8217;s population continues to face serious economic challenges, unemployment, and widespread social restrictions.
