He added that one vehicle, one excavator, and one shovel were confiscated from the detainees.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Mufti Habibullah Elham, head of the Information and Culture Department of Nimroz, emphasized the importance of protecting historical artifacts, stressing that safeguarding these areas is a collective responsibility.
