In this operation, 27 individuals were also arrested, and large quantities of drugs, along with 150 motorcycles and several vehicles and equipment, were seized. Despite these showy measures, the problem of drug trafficking in Ghor province and across Afghanistan remains persistent, with its negative impact continuing on security and the lives of the people.
