Oğur Bahadır, a Turkish citizen and ISIS member, traveled from Islamabad airport to Mastung district in Balochistan, where he underwent training at an ISIS camp. According to local sources, he was arrested in Pakistan in March 2025. Bahadır attended the sixth training cycle at the ISIS camp in Mastung and was known by the alias Abdulrahman. After completing the training, he remained at the Maawiya training center awaiting new orders. Following the destruction of the ISIS camps in Mastung in February, on the orders of group leaders, he was transferred with several others to the Orakzai district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and adopted the alias Abdullah.

Initially, in Orakzai, he stayed under the supervision of the local ISIS commander Hamza. After Hamza was killed in the Tursamt area on February 20, Bahadır joined a group led by Haji Rahman, also known as Abu Nasser. Following Haji Rahman’s death in the Ghaljo area on February 28, Bahadır along with another ISIS member named Yunus, son of Muhammad and known as Yasir, moved towards the city of Peshawar.

Pakistani police arrested the two during a search operation. At first, they were suspected of involvement in drug trafficking, but after investigation, their ties to ISIS were confirmed. Local sources stated that the arrest was the result of a coordinated intelligence operation, and similar arrests of foreign ISIS members have been highlighted as part of extensive security operations across various regions of Pakistan.
