Discussions also covered a United Nations and Turkey-led program aimed at capacity building and creating job opportunities in Afghanistan. Additionally, there were exchanges on quality certification issuance, standards, and laboratory matters.<\/p>\n<p>Turkish representatives emphasized continuing relations and invited the Afghan delegation to visit their department\u2019s activities in Turkey. In meetings with Uzbek representatives, technical cooperation was reviewed.
