Hafiz Ismatullah, the head of counter-narcotics in Kandahar, was also present during the visit.<\/p>\n<p>During his meeting with the centre&#8217;s officials and staff, as well as several patients undergoing treatment, Mr. Munir closely reviewed the centre&#8217;s operations and the services being provided there.
