The two sites are known as \u201cZiarat Beakh Plakh\u201d and \u201cKafar Qala,\u201d where early signs suggest origins reaching back millennia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the Taliban authorities have not released further details, they have emphasized the importance of preserving and registering these historical assets. Hashimi noted that such heritage sites reflect a nation\u2019s identity and that protecting them is a collective responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, 114 historical sites have been officially registered in Baghlan.
