Saudi authorities have so far provided no further details on the cause of the incidents.<\/p>\n<p>Saudi Civil Defence said in a statement on Thursday that warning sirens were activated in Jizan and Najran due to a possible threat. Al-Ahd media also reported that flights at King Fahd International Airport in eastern Saudi Arabia had been halted.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, Al-Masirah and Al-Mayadeen reported that Saudi aircraft carried out several airstrikes in recent hours against areas in Yemen.<\/p>\n<p>According to Al-Masirah, aircraft from the Saudi-led coalition targeted a communications network in the Al-Nashmah area of Al-Maafir district.
