He stressed that people struggling with mental health problems should not feel alone and need support.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, listening to others with empathy and without judgment, mutual support, and open discussion about mental health can help strengthen families and make society healthier.<\/p>\n<p>Salvador also said this year\u2019s World Mental Health Day slogan, &#8220;Mental health in humanitarian emergencies: experiences matter,&#8221; emphasizes the importance of hearing experiences and personal stories. He ended by calling on people to listen to one another, support each other, and stand together so that no one is deprived of attention and support.<\/p>\n<p>World Mental Health Day is observed every year on 10 October.
