He described the role of preachers and clerics in shaping young people\u2019s thinking as \u201ckey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Panjshir is one of Afghanistan\u2019s central-northeastern provinces, with Bazarak as its capital, and most of its residents are Persian speakers.
