The centre is one of the busiest clinics in the area, and low-income patients use its services because of its affordable fees.<\/p>\n<p>According to local sources, the clinic was shut on Sunday, Sept. 27, on the orders of Taliban authorities. Taliban officials and the clinic\u2019s management have so far not announced the reason for the closure or the conditions for its reopening.<\/p>\n<p>The clinic\u2019s reopening has been welcomed by residents of western Kabul.
