The group said the explosion killed one of the official\u2019s guards and wounded the official himself along with another guard.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the National Resistance Front of Afghanistan had also said its forces had killed the Taliban intelligence deputy chief in Badakhshan in a targeted operation.
