Turkish National Defence Minister Yasar Guler and Selcuk Bayraktaroglu, chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, will also attend the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>According to Anadolu Agency, Fidan is expected to present Turkey\u2019s views on institutionalising the alliance and its next steps. Threats to peace and stability in West Asia, regional developments and the security of international trade routes are also among the topics due to be discussed at the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The Mecca Accord was signed on August 7 by Turkey, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
