Yemen\u2019s National Human Rights body, affiliated with the Houthis\u2019 Ansarullah movement, has accused Saudi Arabia of attacking residential areas in Saada province and committing a war crime, an allegation made in the body\u2019s statement and not independently verified.<\/p>\n
The body said the Manbeh district and areas in the Al-Mahall and Al-Qahr-Hattab neighborhoods were targeted. According to the group, missile and artillery strikes also hit the Al-Jabana area in Razih and villages in Al-Dhaher, Maran and Haydan.<\/p>\n
The statement said the attacks also put civilians and African migrant asylum seekers in Yemen at risk.
