It said the people of Afghanistan, after decades of war, deserve freedom, peace, security and a future shaped by their own will and choice.<\/p>\n<p>The Taliban administration says nine civilians were killed in the Pakistani air strikes carried out early on Thursday, 9 Mehr, in Helmand and Kunar.
